Walking With Dementia
Walking With Dementia is here for families caring for someone with dementia at home.
This work comes from real home-care experience — the repeated questions, the emotional exhaustion, the changes in mood, the resistance, the family pressure, and the quiet moments that happen behind closed doors.
My focus is simple:
We cannot change the person living with dementia.
But we can change how we respond.
We can change the tone.
We can change the pace.
We can change the pressure in the room.
We can notice what is happening before everything becomes a battle.
Walking With Dementia shares practical, story-led dementia support for family caregivers who want to understand what is happening at home and respond with more calm, confidence, and dignity.
The aim is not perfection.
The aim is to help families feel less alone, less lost, and more able to support the person behind the dementia.
