About Me
I didn’t come into dementia care through a course or a textbook.
I came through real life.
For over seven years, I’ve been providing ongoing, hands-on dementia care, living under one roof with individuals experiencing dementia — while also supporting families through coaching, both online and in person.
That continued hands-on work matters. It keeps my learning real, current, and grounded.
I work with families who feel confused, exhausted, or quietly overwhelmed — and help them understand what’s really going on, especially when behaviours feel “strange” or upsetting.
Because every behaviour is communication.
And both people — the person living with dementia and the caregiver — are being challenged.
No judgement.
No fear-mongering.
Just honest, practical support.
Ask your questions.
Get some clarity.
See if this support feels right for you.
No pressure. No obligation.
